At Bespoke Wellness & Acupuncture, we keep things simple and transparent.

 

We are a cash-based practice, which means payment is due at the time of service. While we don’t bill insurance directly, many of our patients with PPO plans are able to get reimbursed for part of their treatments.

 

If you’d like to try using your insurance, we’re happy to provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your provider for possible reimbursement.

 

We also accept HSA and FSA cards, which many patients use to cover treatment costs.

🧾 A Note on Insurance Coverage

Every insurance plan is different, but most PPO plans:

• Only cover acupuncture for specific medical conditions (like low back pain)

• Require your deductible to be met first

• May include visit limits or require a referral

 

💡 Insurance often does not cover treatments like fertility support, stress relief, general wellness, cosmetic acupuncture or other areas not deemed "medically necessary".

 

We always recommend checking with your plan so you know what’s covered.
